Check in and Check Out:

Check-In is at 1:30pm and Check-out at 10:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out by arrangement only.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Bookings cannot be guaranteed unless a deposit is paid or a Credit Card number provided to secure the booking.

A deposit should be one nights tariff or 10% of the total stay cost, whichever is greater.

Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours prior to check-in on the expected date of arrival will incur a charge of one nights tariff. This charge will be waived if the unit is relet.

Similarly “no-shows” will incur a charge of one nights tariff.
